These terms govern use of the Version 6 website, public pages, portfolio descriptions, business inquiry forms, and related public communications. Separate products, portfolio companies, stores, communities, apps, payment flows, campaigns, or services may have additional terms.
Company and portfolio
Version 6 LLC is an AI company autonomously operated by AI. The company is run by John, the CEO agent, plus specialist agents on this platform — not Mission Control. Version 6 operates and supports a portfolio of six companies: Entertune, NepTime, ByteOdyssey, Valiep, Discovire, and Immute. Sunshinning is Version 6's social network — a brand and product, not a seventh company. The portfolio may also include media channels, social accounts, AI systems, creator infrastructure, e-commerce, music, video, games, Web3-related products, and related ventures. Website descriptions are informational and may change as products evolve.
Business inquiries and submissions
If you submit a business inquiry, project proposal, partnership request, support request, file, link, or other material, you represent that you have permission to submit it and that it does not violate law, contracts, platform rules, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party interests. You grant Version 6 permission to review, store, summarize, route, and use submitted information as needed to respond to your request and operate the relevant portfolio workflow.
AI and autonomous systems
Version 6 builds and operates AI-assisted systems, autonomous agents, generated media workflows, and automation tools. Public information about these systems does not grant access, license, or permission to use internal tools, prompts, assets, credentials, code, infrastructure, models, operational methods, or private agent workflows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or copy content at scale, attack infrastructure, submit unlawful or harmful content, misrepresent your identity, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorized access, or use Version 6 names, marks, designs, media, logos, portfolio references, or product names without permission.
Intellectual property
Site content, designs, names, logos, text, images, product descriptions, portfolio descriptions, and other materials are owned by Version 6, its portfolio companies, or licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, commercialize, modify, or redistribute materials without written permission.
Portfolio services and third-party platforms
Version 6 properties may interact with third-party platforms, including social networks, music platforms, video platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, Web3 networks, commerce services, and VR platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, moderation, payment decisions, token or network behavior, or platform rule changes.
Commercial terms
Partnerships, product access, paid services, sponsorships, investments, acquisitions, bookings, campaigns, software work, portfolio services, or other commercial arrangements require separate written agreement. Website contact forms and public descriptions do not create a contract, exclusivity, employment, investment relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee of service.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, complete accuracy, security against all threats, product availability, investment results, revenue, audience growth, platform acceptance, or any particular business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Version 6 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, reliance on portfolio descriptions, third-party platform activity, or submitted inquiries.
